  • “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.
  • ‘’Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment’’
  • ‘’We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries’’
  •  ‘’Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules’’

conditions, at any time. Any such modifications or changes will immediately become effective
upon posting of such changes. Your continued access or use of this Website will imply your full
acceptance of the same. You are therefore responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms &
Conditions and additional terms or notices posted on the Website.

Payment
you agree to pay the full price for all Products you purchase from the Website. We reserve the
right to charge extra charges for your credit card or PayPal account for any products purchased
from the Website. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing us
with a valid credit card or PayPal account details for payment of all fees.
Electronic Communications
When you visit the Website or send any emails to us, you will be communicating electronically
with us. By such electronic communication you agree to receive such communications from us
electronically. You acknowledge that your electronic submissions constitute your agreement and

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY:

We deliver our Products to all Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi Areas. Shipping will be done by our vehicles.
Delivery within 2 – 4 hours between 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Delivery Fees for Dubai will be a Flat Rate of AED: 10 AED if cart is less than 100 AED and free if above 100 AED. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Remark: All delivery will be handled by our logistic department and using our car and vehicle.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Customer can cancel their order within half an hour from time of placing order. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery time, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.

We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

WORLD OF FRUITS CO. LLC. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and make use of the contents or information available on the Website for your personal use and not to download or
modify it, or any portion of it, except with the express written consent of WORLD OF FRUITS CO. LLC. You may not
reproduce, duplicate, adapt, copy, sell, resell, transmit or otherwise exploit for any commercial
purpose this Website or any portion of this Website without the express written consent of WORLD OF FRUITS CO. LLC.
